Eric Capelle was running the hurdle race of his life in the Final, leading 2-time defending state champ Tyler McBee of Beaverton
and looking forward to achieving his dream of a state title. In the blink of an eye those dreams were dashed.
Fast forward to 2008 and you'll find Eric Capelle using his 2007 disappointment to help fine tune his mental focus and
hurdling technique as her prepares to get over that "one final hurdle" and claim a state hurdle championship.

as the West Salem boys win the team title at Gresham's Dean Nice Invitational. The Gresham girls dominated the competition while winning 12 events led by multiple
winners Schaveyantay Hill, Ali Mosher & Khalia Tidwell.
04.30: Myrtle Point's Jason Fishel & Erin Fullerton won two events each as the Bobcats
swept titles at the Reedsport Twilight.
